Kurt Lamkowski has a diverse work experience in the sales field. Kurt began their career in 1990 as a Salesmanager at Bekaert Textiles, where they worked until 1999. Kurt then joined the McThree Group as a Salesmanager from 1999 to 2001. In 2001, Lamkowski joined Picanol where they held the role of Salesmanager until 2009, when they became the CRT Manager (Sales Director) until 2018. Since 2018, they have been working at Picanol Weaving Machines as the Worldwide Sales Manager.
Kurt Lamkowski began their education in 1985 at the University of Antwerp, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Economics. Kurt completed this degree in 1989. Following that, they enrolled at the same university to pursue a Master's degree in Handelsingenieur (Business Engineering) from 1989 to 1990.

The Division Industries through Proferro comprises all foundry activities and the group's machining activities.
