Divya Shukla

Divya Shukla, CPA, CMA, currently serves as Corporate Controller at Picarro, Inc. since August 2023. Prior to this role, Divya was the Site Finance Leader at Medtronic from March 2012 to November 2023, focusing on preparing monthly and quarterly financial packages and cost accounting. Divya's experience also includes serving as Controller at CytRx Corporation from March 2008 to March 2012, where the company has been publicly traded since 2004. Earlier positions include roles in finance at Ticketmaster (2004-2008) and as Senior Accountant at Fidelity National Financial (2002-2004), as well as Sr. Accountant at Inamed (2000-2002). Divya holds an MA in Business Economics and a BA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
