Alice Kikuchi

Alice Kikuchi has extensive experience in the travel and hospitality industry, currently serving in Contracts Management at Picasso Travel since June 2023, overseeing the entire contract process. Concurrently, Alice has been part of the Concierge Guest Service team at The Westin Anaheim Resort since June 2022, enhancing guest experiences at a premier Marriott property. Prior roles include Vice President at Mondee, Inc., focusing on strategic growth and partner relations, and VP Industry Relations at both Cosmopolitan Travel Service and Downtown Travel, managing airline agreements and fostering industry partnerships. Alice has held key positions at C&H International, including Vice President and Director of Sales Programs, and gained significant operational experience at American Airlines as District Sales Manager and Manager of Airport Services. Alice holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
