Ankit Saini

Ankit Saini has extensive experience in customer service and logistics, currently serving as a Delivery Associate at Amazon since July 2018 and as a Customer Care Executive at Pickrr since January 2018. Key responsibilities at Pickrr include e-commerce logistics, NDR management, order manifestation, AWB tracking, return management, and order cancellation. Prior to these roles, Ankit worked as a Customer Care Executive at Vodafone for a brief period in late 2017, focusing on inbound and outbound calling. Ankit holds an ITI degree in Electrician from Gyan Ganga College (2015-2017) and completed senior secondary education in Arts at Govt Senior Secondary School, Kurukshetra (2014-2015).
