Nannette Den Ouden

Nannette den Ouden is currently a People Partner at Picnic Technologies, leading the people team at the Fulfilment Centre in Rotterdam and focusing on the development of managerial skills, analyzing people metrics, and enhancing workplace culture and productivity. Prior to this role, Nannette worked as a Customer Success Manager and Senior Project Lead at Effectory, managing research projects and client relations. Experience includes serving as a Sales Advisor for various travel destinations at Riksja Travel and TravelBird, and as an Account Manager in Revenue Management at Transavia.
