Noga Leviner is the Co-Founder and CEO of PicnicHealth since 2014. At PicnicHealth, they are focused on building real-world datasets for healthcare research and empowering patients to have control over their medical records. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of Lumni USA, a company that provided flexible student loans to underserved markets. Noga was also a Board Member at Lumni USA from 2012 to 2014. From 2012 to 2013, Noga worked as an Independent Consultant, advising companies on student loan program design and the student loan industry. In 2004, they worked as a Program Manager at Ashoka, where they conducted due diligence on social entrepreneurs and led impact assessment studies.

Noga Leviner attended Stanford University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Biology.
