Tom McQuade

Tom McQuade is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at RANsemi since December 2024, and as Vice President of Business Development at Picocom since October 2020, Tom is actively involved in advancing 5G chip solutions. Previous roles include Director of North America Sales at Xmos Technologies Inc, General Manager of Worldwide Sales for Software and Solutions at RadiSys Corporation, and Senior Sales Director at RadiSys. Tom has held various director-level positions in sales across multiple companies, including picoChip and Globespan. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Systems from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Santa Clara University.
