Neha Bhatia is a seasoned professional in data governance and technology, currently serving as a Data Governance Manager at Pictet Group since June 2023. Previously, Neha held the role of Lead Functional Consultant at Wealth Dynamix from May 2021 to June 2023, leading teams in implementing client onboarding solutions. Neha's experience includes a brief tenure as a Data Engineer and a Data Governance Analyst at Capco, contributing to data quality standards and data pipelines for private banking. With a strong foundation in software development and IT program management, including significant projects in MiFID II compliance and KYC processes, Neha has also worked as a Senior Developer Team Lead and Lead Software Architect in various capacities across financial organizations.
