Alicia Santiago is an experienced analyst and project manager currently working at PIDC since November 2022, focusing on projects at the Navy Yard. Prior to this role, Alicia served as a grants and contracts specialist in research administration pre-award at Temple University from October 2019 to November 2022. Alicia's career began at Camp Fire Central Texas, where significant contributions were made as a grants and development specialist and AmeriCorps VISTA associate. Additional experience includes positions as a grants associate at Austin Habitat for Humanity and grants manager at Philadelphia Youth Network. Alicia holds a Master of Science in City and Regional Planning from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Management and Literature from Purchase College, SUNY. Additionally, participation in a study abroad program in Ghana focused on artistic expression has enriched Alicia's educational background.
