Chithra Nair

Chithra Nair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Pidilite Industries Limited since June 2016, currently serving as Senior Manager for Strategic Investments. Chithra has successfully launched Dr Fixit’s Raincoat Neo, achieving record sales within the first year. Previous roles include Brand Manager, Regional Business Development Manager, Category Manager, and Area Sales Manager, where responsibilities spanned product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales management across regions in Tamil Nadu. Chithra has also played a pivotal role in Pidilite Ventures' investment strategies in the home improvement industry since August 2023. Prior to Pidilite, Chithra worked as a Stress Analyst at Tech Mahindra, focusing on aircraft components. Academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand and a B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
