Smitha Avinash Bharadwaj has over 16+ years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management. Smitha started their career as a Senior Executive - Human Resource at Aviana NRIT Pvt Ltd in 2003 and worked there until 2006. Smitha then joined Sonim Technologies as the Head - Human Resources (IDC) and worked there for 16 years until 2022. During their time at Sonim Technologies, Smitha gained extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems, collaborated with various levels within the organization, and supported business/strategic plans. In 2022, they joined MediCodio Inc. as the Head of Human Resources and later moved to Pierian Services as the Head of Human Resources (E Commerce Division).
Smitha Avinash Bharadwaj has completed their education at Mangalore University. Smitha obtained an M.B.A (Full Time) degree from Mangalore University. Prior to that, they also received a B.COM degree from the same university.
