Shashwat is an experienced professional currently serving in the Founder's Office at PierSight since February 2025, where responsibilities include driving strategic People & Culture initiatives and overseeing core HR operations aligned with the founder’s vision. Prior to this role, Shashwat worked as a Recruitment Consultant at The Edge Partnership from June 2023 to January 2025, successfully placing over 10 candidates with global clients and receiving a 5-star service rating. Shashwat also contributed as a Seminar Coordinator at Ashoka University from September 2021 to May 2023, coordinating seminar and colloquium series for the Departments of Sociology and Anthropology and Environment Studies, respectively. Additional experience includes internships in various capacities, including marketing and environment communications. Shashwat holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Anthropology (Hons.) from Ashoka University, completed in 2022.
