Amandine Pillet

Amandine Pillet is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the co-CEO at Pigment since October 2024, Amandine previously held multiple positions at Wakam, including Chief People Officer and Chief of Staff to the CEO, from September 2021 to November 2024. Amandine also worked as a Strategic Advisor at Derival Market Neutral and founded GrowingNow, advising startups during their launch and scale-up phases. A significant portion of Amandine's career was spent at Société Générale, where Amandine held various leadership roles, including Chief of Staff for the International Division and Business Units and Commercial Director for the Retail Network. Amandine's academic qualifications include an MBA with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship from ESSEC Business School.
