Kristin Vossler is an experienced training facilitator at Pikes Peak Workforce Center, where responsibilities include designing, developing, and delivering engaging online workshops for job seekers on various topics such as resume writing and interview tips. Previously serving as a Senior Workforce Technician, Kristin worked closely with over 30 job seekers daily, focusing on identifying employment barriers and career objectives, conducting career exploration assessments, and cultivating relationships with community partners. Kristin's career commenced at Pikes Peak Regional Hospital as a Patient Access Specialist, where services included collecting patient information in the Emergency Department. Kristin holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional Learning Technologies from the University of Colorado Denver, a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities with a minor in Philosophy from Rollins College, and an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Valencia College.

The Pikes Peak Workforce Center is an American Job Center serving El Paso and Teller counties that connects vital businesses with work-ready job seekers and employer-driven services. Last year, we served more than 39,000 clients including more than 10,000 veterans and over 1,000 young adults. We provide no-cost job seeker services from resume assistance, interview training, computer skills training and more. Clients range from entry-level to professional; include youth, adults, people returning to the workforce, underemployed and those with barriers to employment. Veterans always receive priority service. In support of regional employers, we host tailored, no-cost recruitment and hiring events including candidate sourcing, group and individual pre-employment assessments, provide a job database of searchable candidate profiles and more.
