Toya Graham, Ed.D, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce development and education. Currently serving as Workforce Program Manager and Workforce Development Team Lead at Pikes Peak Workforce Center since March 2017, Toya has also held previous roles such as Associate Dean of General Education at CollegeAmerica, where responsibilities included supervision and instruction of various courses, and Assistant Director at Ambassador's Academy Charter School, focusing on curriculum and instruction training. Prior experience includes roles at El Paso County DHS as a Child Welfare Supervisor, Pikes Peak Community College as an instructor, and a series of educational positions including Assistant Principal at Globe Charter School and teacher at Jenkins Middle School District. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Master of Science in Human Services and Consumer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Texas Southern University.

The Pikes Peak Workforce Center is an American Job Center serving El Paso and Teller counties that connects vital businesses with work-ready job seekers and employer-driven services. Last year, we served more than 39,000 clients including more than 10,000 veterans and over 1,000 young adults. We provide no-cost job seeker services from resume assistance, interview training, computer skills training and more. Clients range from entry-level to professional; include youth, adults, people returning to the workforce, underemployed and those with barriers to employment. Veterans always receive priority service. In support of regional employers, we host tailored, no-cost recruitment and hiring events including candidate sourcing, group and individual pre-employment assessments, provide a job database of searchable candidate profiles and more.
