Marcel Aregger has been with Pilatus since 2003, including ten years as Head of Department. As of 1 July 2022, as a member of the management, he assumed responsibility for “Unit I – Information Technology”, the new Business Unit created at the end of 2021. Some 80 IT staff and numerous partners will ensure the secure, operational functioning of systems and applications for the entire Pilatus Group. As a qualified IT engineer with further training in business and management, Marcel Aregger has worked in various IT-related positions. He also holds additional qualifications in coaching, leadership skills and digital transformation. Marcel Aregger previously worked as a designer engineer for a renowned Swiss cable car company.
