Le-Man Ha began their work experience as an Undergraduate Electrical Engineer at Monadelphous in November 2011. Le-Man then moved on to work as a Graduate Electrical Engineer at Calibre Global from February 2013 to July 2016. Following that, they worked at UGL as an Electrical Work Pack Engineer from July 2016 to September 2017, and later as a Regional E, I & C Maintenance Engineer West from September 2017 to July 2022. Le-Man is currently employed as a Senior Electrical Project Engineer at Pilbara Minerals Limited since July 2022.
Le-Man Ha studied at Chisholm Catholic College, although the specific dates and degree pursued at this institution are not provided.
