Pilgrim’s Inn is a historic inn on Deer Isle, Maine, where a strong sense of place shapes our mission. Our 1793 post-and-beam main house overlooks the water on two bucolic acres, while cottages dot the property and offer a sense of seclusion despite being in the heart of Deer Isle village. 

Everything we do reflects the spirit of Deer Isle and Downeast Maine—from the design of our spaces to the food we serve and the ways we help guests connect with the land, the sea, and the people who call this place home. 

Our team is core to the experience we are creating and, as new owners, we aspire to create a culture and work environment that is unlike anything else. We want every member of our team to be excited to go to work at Pilgrim's Inn each day—ourselves included—and we are always interested in meeting great people who are curious to learn more about what we are working on.
