Sanjay Patel

Sanjay Patel is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment strategy and asset management. Currently, Sanjay serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Pillar Markets since January 2022. Prior to this role, Sanjay held the position of Director of Investments at Purdue Research Foundation from October 2018 to January 2022. Experience also includes directing real assets and multi-asset strategies at the Indiana Public Retirement System from April 2012 to September 2018. Earlier positions include Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions at Strategic Capital Partners, LLC, and various roles at Lehman Brothers, including Acquisitions Analyst in Real Estate Private Equity and Summer Analyst in the Global Power Group. Sanjay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and International Studies from Indiana University Bloomington, earned between 2000 and 2004.
