Shane Bauer is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Since May 2016, Shane has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Pillar Bank, following a tenure at First Bank of Baldwin where Shane held the positions of President and EVP-Chief Credit Officer from July 2011 to May 2016. Shane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire (1990-1994) and has completed the Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2019.
