Tejashree Modak

Tejashree Modak has a diverse work experience in the field of biosciences. Tejashree is currently working at Pillar Biosciences Incorporated as a Senior Clinical Bioinformatics Scientist, where they have been since March 2023. Prior to their current role, they served as a Bioinformatics Scientist at the same company, starting in November 2020.

Tejashree also has experience at the University of Rhode Island, where they held multiple roles. Tejashree was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Putnam Lab from November 2019 to November 2020, focusing on studying coral restoration patterns using population genetics and epigenetics. Additionally, they served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Schwartz Lab from February 2019 to November 2020. During this time, they also worked as a Lecturer, teaching an introductory biology course to undergraduate students.
