Nichola Higgs has extensive experience in product management and merchandising, currently serving as a Senior Buyer and Planner at Pillow Talk Australia since November 2009. Key responsibilities include range planning and selection, the implementation of the Pillow Talk Club Commercial loyalty program, marketing planning across multiple channels, and inventory and price management. Prior roles at Pillow Talk involved merchandise planning for various product categories and several buying positions. Prior to Pillow Talk, Nichola gained experience at Adairs Retail Group as an in-store stock controller and sales assistant. Nichola holds a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Queensland and a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law & Practice from The Australian National University. Education was also complemented by foundational studies at The Glennie School.
