Nadia Barazi

Nadia Barazi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as a Partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP since November 2014, Nadia has been part of the International Corporate & Securities group, practicing in the Middle East from 2014 to mid-2018 and in London thereafter. Prior to this, Nadia worked as an Associate at Bird & Bird, providing commercial advice to businesses in the UAE and the wider Middle East region. Nadia's foundational training includes a two-year training contract at Bird & Bird, covering various legal areas such as Intellectual Property and Employment. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from SOAS University of London, a Legal Practice Course from The College of Law, and a Professional Skills Course from Kaplan Law School.
