Debbie Yan

Debbie Yan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product operations and tax consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Product Operations Manager at Pilot.com since November 2018, Debbie leads the establishment of OKRs and quarterly roadmaps, collaborates with engineering and product teams throughout the product lifecycle, and drives feedback initiatives for product improvements. Previously, Debbie held the position of Product Operations Technical Lead at Pilot.com, managing strategic customer relationships and developing scalable processes. Before joining Pilot.com, Debbie was a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte, where responsibilities included preparing corporate tax returns and advising clients on tax legislation. Debbie's early career included internships in investor relations at NMN Advisors, Inc. and in culture and diversity initiatives at Sanofi. Debbie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
