Chris Griffin

Chris Griffin has over 16 years of experience in the food service industry, currently serving as Food Service Operations Manager at Pilot Flying J since September 2007. In this role, Chris has successfully devised promotional strategies to enhance customer engagement and market growth, in addition to recruiting and training personnel to establish key functions within the organization. Prior experience includes serving as a Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps from June 1998 to June 2004, where responsibilities included supporting policy updates and training personnel in conflict resolution and negotiation techniques. Chris holds a degree from East Tennessee State University.
