Fran Maun

Fran Maun is an experienced Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Pilot Flying J, overseeing the recruiting team for Transportation & Logistics, Sales, and Shops since June 2012. With a significant role in managing recruitment for a company valued over $40 billion, Fran is actively contributing to the expansion efforts including the opening of new locations and service centers. Prior to this, Fran served as the Director of Recruiting at Aaron's, Inc., managing recruitment functions across 1,900 locations and hiring over 6,500 associates annually. Fran's career also includes award-winning roles in operations and recruiting with various companies, complemented by a degree in Business focused on Retail and Restaurant Management from Delaware Valley.
