Jodi Miceli

Jodi Miceli currently serves as Director of Service Delivery Transformation at Pilot Flying J since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jodi held the position of Sr Director ITIL Processes at Saks OFF 5TH from September 2022 to June 2023. Jodi's extensive experience also includes working as ITIL Process Director at Hudson's Bay Company from January 2017 to September 2022 and holding multiple leadership positions at First Data Corporation from July 1994 to January 2017, including Director of GIO Demand Management and Director of Process Excellence. Jodi Miceli holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management from Northwest Missouri State University.
