Michael Walker

Michael Walker, CPM, serves as the Managing Partner at Pilot-Legacy Private Equity Group since June 2018, focusing on real estate investments and fund management. Also a Managing Partner at Walker Holder Residential since February 2009, Walker oversees a full-service property management company with expertise in tax credit, conventional management, and asset repositioning. Prior roles include Regional Vice President at Greystar and Vice President positions at CNC Investments and Capstone Management, managing over 20,000 units. Walker's extensive career began as Senior Vice President at Simpson Housing. Education includes time at the University of Central Oklahoma and participation in DFW Multifamily Real Estate Investing.
