Fulvio Delaiti

Fulvio Delaiti currently serves as the Head of Italy and Co-Head of Asset Management Europe at PIMCO Prime Real Estate, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Fulvio held various leadership positions at Allianz from April 2018 to March 2023, including Head of Italy and Head of Value Add, as well as Head of Asset Management. Fulvio's extensive experience in asset management also includes roles at Kryalos as Fund Management Director and Asset Management Director, GE Capital as Head of Asset Management and Senior Asset Manager, and Pirelli Real Estate as Asset Manager. Fulvio's career began at BANOR SIM as a Financial Analyst and at the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche as a Researcher. Fulvio holds a degree from Politecnico di Milano, completed in 2000.
