Brennan Anstey has a diverse range of work experience in the environmental sciences field. Brennan started their career as a Remedial Systems Engineer at SLR Consulting in 2005 and then moved on to work as an Environmental Engineer at Rescan Environmental Services Ltd from 2008 to 2010. At Rescan, they focused on mine site remediation and reclamation planning, as well as hazardous waste management.
In 2011, Anstey joined WorleyParsons as an Environmental Engineer, where they applied innovative remedial techniques for complicated contamination and was involved in waterfront remediation and site assessments.
Brennan then worked at KBR, Inc. as a Lead Environmental Specialist from 2013 to 2014, before joining Pinchin West Ltd. as a Senior Environmental Engineering Manager from 2014 to 2017.
Anstey's most recent work experience has been at Pinchin Ltd., where they initially served as an Operations Manager for Environmental Sciences from 2017 to 2020. In this role, they rebuilt and supported a team focused on environmental permitting. Currently, Anstey holds the position of Operations Manager and Regional Practice Lead for Environmental Sciences at Pinchin Ltd. In their current role, they lead a team of biologists involved in scoping, permitting, and ensuring regulatory compliance for development and infrastructure construction projects. Brennan'steam is known for being responsive, knowledgeable, and adaptable, utilizing their diverse experience to develop practical and creative solutions for clients.
Brennan Anstey completed a degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering with a focus on Environmental studies at The University of British Columbia from 1997 to 2003. Brennan also obtained a Certificate in Sustainable Energy Production and Storage from Stanford University in 2010-2011.
