Prior to joining Pinchin Ltd., they worked at Golder Associates, where they held roles such as National Proposal Program Manager and Proposal Team Leader. Susan played a significant role in implementing proposal service programs, facilitating win strategy development, and fostering collaboration between team members from different regions. Before Golder Associates, they worked as a Data Processor/Analyst at DIGHEM - Airborne Geophysics from 1989 to 1992. Susan DeRyck completed their B.Sc. in Earth Sciences with a focus on Geophysics at York University from 1984 to 1989. Susan went on to pursue an M.Sc. at the University of Waterloo from 1992 to 1994, specializing in Earth Sciences with a concentration in Hydrogeology.
