Stephen Carmichael, CPA

Stephen Carmichael, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Tax Manager at Revo Taxpayer Advocacy since June 2022, after holding multiple positions as Tax Manager within the same organization. Prior to Revo Taxpayer Advocacy, Stephen worked as a Tax Manager at Adam Traywick, LLC from May 2019 to June 2022 and held various accounting roles at SEI Meetings & Incentives, Montgomery Coscia Greilich LLP, and others. Significant experience includes auditing, tax planning, financial reporting, and the development of internal controls. Stephen began the accounting career at Unum, progressing through various financial roles including Accounting Assistant, Disability Benefits Specialist, and Family Medical Leave Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, both from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
