Jean Holthaus

Jean Holthaus has extensive experience in the mental health field, currently serving as Regional Director and Clinic Manager at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services since July 1997, where responsibilities include supervising clinical and support staff and collaborating on strategic planning for outpatient behavioral health services. Additionally, Jean has provided outpatient psychotherapy as a Clinical Social Worker, addressing various issues such as depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Previous positions include Adjunct Instructor of Introduction to Psychology at Central College, Associate Director at Ascent Ministries, and Clinical Social Worker at South Central Mental Health Center. Jean began the professional journey as a Math and Science Teacher at North Scott Schools. Jean holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Iowa.
