Tom Worm possesses extensive experience in mental health and crisis intervention, currently serving as a Clinical Therapist and holding multiple administrative roles at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services since July 2019. Additionally, Tom works as a Mobile Crisis Response Clinician for network180, a role that began in May 2021. Previous positions include serving as a Prevention Specialist at Arbor Circle and various roles in customer service and support within the hospitality and education sectors. Tom holds a Master of Social Work and a Master of Public Administration from Grand Valley State University, alongside dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice.
