Katie Kline

Katie Kline currently serves as the Manager of Community Health and Social Services at Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre, overseeing various health and social service programs and managing operations across multiple Community Houses. Previously, Katie worked at DeafBlind Ontario Services in several roles, including Employee Relations and Culture Advocate, where leadership and compliance with organizational policies were paramount. As Co-Manager of Community Services, Katie assisted in the integration of Array Services with DeafBlind Ontario Services, providing support to team leaders in residential care. Additionally, experience as a Team Leader and Direct Support Professional focused on supporting adults with developmental disabilities in both residential and community settings, utilizing American Sign Language for effective communication. Academic credentials include studies at Ryerson University, the University of Ottawa, and Queen's University, with ongoing education at Fleming College.
