Ms. Zang Luoqi, aged 41, has joined the Group in March 2022 and has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Ms. Zang has many years of experience in financial and operation management, enterprise risk control, and investment and financing management of global multinational companies and Chinese Internet companies. She has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, and Walters Consulting, Cao Cao Travel and Didi. Travel and hold corporate and financial executive positions. Ms. Zang is a Chartered Global Management Accountant and a senior member of the Institute of Public Accountants Australia. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fudan University in 2003 and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Melbourne in 2016.
