John Clements is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in deal desk management and commercial operations. Currently serving as Senior Deal Desk Manager at Ping Identity since July 2022, John previously held the position of Head of Deal Desk - International at Intrado from April 2017 to June 2022. Prior to that, John worked at West Unified Communications Services for 17 years, where roles included Senior Commercial Specialist and Billing Implementation Manager.
