William Christie

William Christie is a professional with extensive experience in technical support and consulting, currently serving as Principal Professional Services Architect at Ping Identity since March 2017. In this role, William supports the full suite of Ping Identity products and assists customers in overcoming complex challenges. Prior to this, William worked at Essia Health as a Medical Scribe and later as a Medical Scribe Specialist Trainer, focusing on compliance with ICD 9 and ICD 10 guidelines. William's earlier experience includes coaching as an Assistant Swim Coach at Applewood Athletic Club and managing lifeguard operations. William holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
