Gin has extensive work experience in the field of database management and solutions architecture. They started their career at IBM in 2010, where they held various roles including Netezza Consultant, DB2 Consultant, and Business Intelligence Specialist until their departure in September 2017. In September 2017, Gin joined PingCAP as a Principal Solutions Architect and System Engineer, where they currently work.
From 2006 to 2010, Gin attended Anhui University of Science and Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science.
