Daria Kozhema is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing the full employee lifecycle, recruitment, and HR strategy development. Currently serving as a People Partner at Pingle Studio since April 2023, Daria previously worked at GOLAW from October 2019 to April 2023 as an HRG, where responsibilities included overseeing employee onboarding, performance reviews, and developing HR policies and initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as HR Manager at FamilyLab, focusing on recruitment and employee relations, and as an International Project Coordinator at ISCM Agency, providing logistical support and managing compensation and benefits. Daria holds both a Bachelor's and Specialist degree in Applied Mathematics from Zaporizhzhya National University.
