Ana Faria is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employer branding and human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Employer Branding Manager at Pingo Doce since October 2022, Ana previously held multiple roles at Jerónimo Martins from September 2009 to October 2022, including People Communication Manager and responsible for the Business School, where responsibilities involved developing and evaluating training programs. Earlier career phases included a position as a Dietitian at Centro Sagrada Família, managing food quality and safety systems, and offering nutrition consultations at LISPSI. Ana's academic background includes a Master's degree in Food Safety and Quality in Restoration, as well as degrees in Dietetics and Events Management from various prestigious institutions, along with an Erasmus Program at Universitat de Barcelona.
