Andy Thomas is an experienced professional in software support and management, currently serving as the Acumatica Support Team Leader at Pinnacle since July 2013. In this role, Andy oversees the Acumatica support team, manages KPIs, and coordinates with Acumatica and third parties to address customer issues. Prior to this, Andy held various positions at Bowe Digital Ltd, Sage, and Marks and Spencer, specializing in Sage software installations, technical support, and training. With a strong background in customer service and IT support, Andy has developed expertise in several software products, including Sage 200 and Microsoft SQL. Andy's educational foundation includes attendance at Monkseaton Community High School.
