Isabelle Delisle

Isabelle Delisle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in payments and customer operations. Currently serving as the Director of Payments and Head of Group Payments at Pinnacle since June 2017, Isabelle oversees multiple departments, including Payment Product, Payment Operations, Fraud Prevention and Compliance, and Customer Services across Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean. Previously, in various roles at Pinnacle Sports since November 2006, Isabelle has successfully managed the Fraud and Compliance Team, driven the creation of key regulatory processes, and implemented AML and Responsible Gambling policies while enhancing customer service operations. Isabelle's earlier role as Payment Solutions Manager at BetCorp Limited involved managing payment services and fraud operations for non-regulated markets. Isabelle holds a degree from Cornell University.
