Tamara Nelson is an experienced leader in customer care and call center management, with a strong background in optimizing operations and driving efficiency across various organizations. At the Center for Digestive Health, Tamara directed a team of 64 employees and conducted a thorough review of call center operations to enhance performance. Previous positions include Manager of Customer Care & Tech Support at Perigon Health 360, where Tamara led customer service teams for multiple product lines, and Director of Customer Care at American Master Products, Inc., responsible for developing new processes and training materials. Additionally, Tamara served as Call Center Operations Manager & Client Account Director at Dialogue Marketing, managing a large team and overseeing significant client accounts. Tamara's career began at Valassis as a Senior Account Manager, focusing on local media optimization. Educationally, Tamara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Communications from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
