Zoya Chandra

Zoya Chandra is an experienced professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as the Lead Learning and Development at Pinnacle Infotech since September 2018. In this role, Zoya is responsible for creating and executing learning strategies, evaluating developmental needs, and implementing diverse learning methods across the organization. Prior to this, Zoya worked as a Senior Training and Development Executive at Upkey, where responsibilities included assessing training needs and overseeing employee training programs. Zoya's earlier experience as a Training & Development Executive at CareerUp, Inc. involved developing learning strategies, designing e-learning courses, and managing budgets. Zoya holds an MBA in Accounting and a BBA in Accounting from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
