Amelia Hariton

Amelia Hariton, SHRM-CP, PMQ, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Pinnacle MEP since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Alline Salon Group from October 2020 to June 2025 and at Industrial Automation LLC from October 2016 to October 2020. Amelia also held the position of HR Payroll Manager at Advanced Home Care from January 2014 to June 2016, and served as Treasurer for SLHOA during the same period. Earlier career experience includes roles as Human Resource Generalist at Omega Solutions, HR Specialist at Flagstar Bank, and HR Payroll Specialist at TCF Bank. Amelia holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources with a minor in Labor and Employee Relations from Oakland University and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Oakland Community College. Early education was completed at Bishop Foley Catholic High School.
