Noah Stromer

Noah Stromer is a Founder and Executive Vice President at Pinnacle Transplant Technologies. Noah manages Pinnacle’s Birth Tissue franchise and IT.

Prior to co-founding Pinnacle, Noah served as a Senior Manager for Data Consulting Group where he led various operational improvement projects at the Military Health System, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, and Detroit Medical Center. Noah also worked with Accenture where he provided IT and operational support for United Health Group, Health Alliance Plan, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, as well as the UK’s National Health Service.

Noah earned a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota, a MS in Public Health from Tulane University, and a BS in Microbiology from the University of Arizona.
