Randy Keller is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Pinterest since February 2017, overseeing Growth, Shopping, and Content Signals. Previously, Randy held various senior director roles at Pinterest, including Pinner Growth, Engagement and Shopping, and led the Search and Related groups, focusing on developing new search infrastructure and technology. Before Pinterest, Randy worked at Google from June 2006 to January 2017 as a Senior Staff Engineer, managing an engineering team in the Image Search Quality team, where responsibilities included image search ranking and the development of innovative features. Randy also served as Engineering Lead at Eidogen and worked as a Software Engineer at Sun Microsystems, contributing to advancements in computer graphics and virtual reality. Randy holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from UC Berkeley and an AB in Computer Science from Harvard University.
