James Fong

James Fong is an experienced operating partner and director of operations at Pioneer Fund since January 2023. Previously, James co-founded Ink Protocol, a decentralized reputation and payment system for peer-to-peer marketplaces, and Listia Inc., both contributing significantly to innovations in transaction security and reputation systems. James served as an advisor for Y Combinator's Startup School in 2017 and has held engineering roles at Micron Technology and Sun Microsystems. Academically, James earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and San Jose State University, respectively.
