Osama Alghamdi is an experienced professional specializing in operation development and project management within the technical sector. Since November 2013, Osama has been serving as the Operation Development Manager at Pioneers Technical Systems, where responsibilities include leading stakeholder meetings to identify project needs and managing over 15 technical partners for successful project delivery, particularly in localization efforts. Previous roles include Production Manager, Deputy Production Manager, Production Supervisor, and Instrumentation and Control Engineer, alongside participation in McKinsey & Company's Lead Forward Program. Osama's career began with a position as Project Engineer at Al Zamil Metal Works Factory, following the attainment of a Bachelor of Science in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Yanbu Industrial College in 2013.
